A deal on Terms. On one side, a person works in Claude; on the other, a person works in ChatGPT; between them is the contract, on Terms. The first side's Claude drafts a clause into the contract. The other side's ChatGPT has it at once, and redlines it. Claude checks the change, and its person agrees to it. Then both sides sign.
